In this festive season, Coco Village has committed to actively support its community and make a real difference in the lives of some families. This commitment materialized through the organization of a Christmas brunch, where our doors warmly opened to welcome the CJE Bourassa Sauvé organization. The day was dedicated to children's happiness, solidarity, and playful activities. The mission of our employees for this emotionally charged day was to give back and create unforgettable memories for the families.

Monday, November 13, 2023:
In the morning, the team moved the giant Christmas tree and began setting up various games for children to enjoy together. In the afternoon, the team gathered for the Thursday brunch to wrap gifts for the children of the organization. The elves used their creative talents to make the gifts enjoyable to unwrap.
Tuesday, November 14, 2023:
Preparations in progress! The agenda for the day included festive embellishment of the entire office and inflating Christmas balloons. A busy day at the office ensuring a festive and fun atmosphere with various decorations.
Wednesday, November 15, 2023:
Coco Village's elves continued preparations by setting up the photo booth and providing a variety of comedic props. This promises fun moments for families and employees who want to capture the festive spirit of the big day with memorable photos. Additionally, a playroom was set up for children, offering a dedicated space for coloring activities and playing together. The dedicated team members also finalized the creation of special gift bags, including Coco Village items such as sweatshirts, mugs, notebooks, calendars, and even Christmas pajamas for the little ones. These thoughtful touches were intended for both children and parents, adding an extra touch of magic to the upcoming event.
Thursday, November 16, 2023:
The long-awaited moment has finally arrived! A day full of emotions that illuminated the faces of everyone.
Here's an overview of the day:
Upon the morning arrival of the bus at Coco Village, children, accompanied by their parents, headed to various play areas filled with numerous toys. To the rhythm of Christmas music, the morning continued with the official brunch, featuring a variety of carefully prepared dishes by employees such as Christmas cookies, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable platters, and much more.
The coffee and hot drinks bar was also open, giving children and parents the opportunity to have fun customizing their hot chocolate with marshmallows, whipped cream, piroulines, and other festive toppings.
After a pleasant hour and a half of eating and playing, a magical moment unfolded at Coco Village. To the sound of bells, Santa Claus arrived. A wonderful surprise for both children and parents. The radiant faces of the children testified to their eagerness to discover what would happen next. Santa Claus, accompanied by his elf, went to his throne to distribute gifts to all the children of the families that were present.
After participating in all these diverse activities, children ended the day by extending their enjoyment of play. The event slowly began to conclude, with additional gifts given to the organization to spoil as many families as possible.
This day, which will remain precious to us, was truly a magical moment for everyone present, and we are proud of its unfolding, which happened marvelously!
